- Goods Sold: Goods sold by Geni Software are not returnable. All sales are final.
- License Keys: License keys issued by Geni Software are not returnable. Once purchased, license keys cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Online Activation: Activation of serial numbers and license keys require online activation. Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the activation process.
- Intellectual Property: All software and services from Geni Software, including but not limited to trademarks, logos and content, are the property of Geni Software and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customer may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of Geni Software’s software or content without the prior written consent from Geni Software.
- Limitation of Liability: Geni Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software and services from Geni Software.
- Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Geni Software and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with Customer’s use of the software and services from Geni Software.
Geni Software reserves the right to update or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the Geni Software website.
By purchasing and/or using the software and services from Geni Software, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Geni Software Terms and Conditions.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Geni Software collects, uses and safeguards Customer information when Customer uses the software and services from Geni Software. - Information We Collect: Geni Software does not collect sensitive or private information other than the minimum information necessary for the purchase, installation and use of the sold software. This may include Customer’s name, email address, payment information and device information.

Return Policy
Please read this Return Policy carefully before using the software and services from Geni Software.
- Basis of Warranty: Standard warranty against manufacturing defects and malfunction are stated on Geni Software quotations/invoices depending on the supplied product.
- Warranty: Geni Software provides a 1-year warranty on smart card readers purchased directly from us. If Customer’s smart card reader is defective or malfunctions within 1 year from the purchase date, Customer may be eligible for a replacement. - Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact Geni Software’s customer support team via [email protected]
Please provide the following details to facilitate the approval of Customer’s return and/or exchange of the hardware: Customer’s order number, order tracking number, product information, product photo and reason for return or exchange. - Return Shipping Costs: Customer will be responsible for the payment of the return shipping cost. Once Customer’s returned item is received and inspected, Geni Software will send Customer an email notification confirming the receipt of the returned item and the status of approval.
- Replacements: Geni Software only replaces items that are defective or damaged.

Software Lifespan Policy
Please read this Software Lifetime Policy carefully before using the software and services from Geni Software.
- Software Lifespan Duration: All software provided by Geni Software has a lifespan of 5-6 years, depending on the supporting operating system and hardware. After this period, due to the ever evolving IT industry, the software may no longer be compatible with future operating system versions or updates.
- Operating System Compatibility: Geni Software’s software is designed to be compatible with specific operating systems available at the time of release. While Geni Software strives to ensure compatibility with current and popular operating systems, Geni Software cannot guarantee compatibility with future operating system versions or updates.
- Hardware Compatibility: Geni Software aims to ensure compatibility with commonly used hardware configurations available at the time of release. However, changes in hardware technology and standards may affect the performance or compatibility of Geni Software’s software on newer hardware configurations.
