The Main Menu form offers various options for the host to accomplish

tasks related to visitor invitation, account and password management and

communication with the Guard Post / Front Desk.



(1) Create QRCoe For Visitor



This option allows the host to create a QRCode for their visitor. Once generated, the
QRCode may be sent to the visitor using WhatsApp, Telegram or any other application
that allows the sending of images.




(2) Send Visit Form To Visitor



If the host does not have the details of the visitor, the host may send a Visit Form

to their visitor for the visitor to enter their particulars. A special web link can be sent

the the visitor using WhatsApp or Telegram applications.


(3) Reset Password



Use this button to reset the host account password. The host will need to

use their email to reset their password. The MyVisitor system will verify the host

email with a 6 digit code before the password can be set. The password

will need to have a combination of numbers and letters with a capital letter and some

allowed symbols.


(4) Exit Application


Use this option to exit the MyVisitor Web Application.


(5) Call Button


The Management Admin may set this button to dial a number on the

mobile device. Once pressed, the telephone application will open with the

preset number. The host will then be able to make a call to the preset number.


(5) Logout Device



Use this button to logout the device from the MyVisitor Web Application.
If the device was set to auto login, this will be cleared as well.
