Settings

Set password to generate monthly invoices; edit receipts, and delete invoices

By default the 'Edit Invoice' box is not clicked 

User Manager

Window to add, edit and remove users

Backup Database

Backup the entire database file for archiving to a compressed zip file.        

Compact Database

Removes spaces occupied by deleted records. This process will purge deleted records and shrink the database file.  This will improve the performance of the database.

Repair Database

This feature is used to reset the database if it is corrupted for any reason.

Reconnect Database

Reconnect screen window to the database.

Remote Support [Team Viewer]

Click this to seek remote support through the internet using the TeamViewer. The TeamViewer program allows the external support personnel to access your computer to provide help.
