Security Settings
There are two levels of user. Admin level and normal user level.
The Admin Level allows the user to change settings of the software
and allows access to price, room settings etc.
Normal level - recommended for daily operations
Some transactions will record down the user who executed the process.
There for it is recommended that each user be given a username and password
for traceability.
The individual user can change password from the Preference menu
user the title Change Password.
The admin account has right to overwrite any user password.
