All prices entered here should be before tax. Tax calculations will be done on the overall total when billing.

Add Adult - additional cost per adult after the max number of adults for the room has exceeded

Add Child - additional cost per child after the max number of children for the room has exceeded

Maximum number of adults and children can be set in the Room Type Settings

Wk Day Rent - rental per night on weekdays

Wknd Rent - rental per night on weekends

Wk Day Hr Rent - rental per hour on weekdays

Wknd Hr Rent - rental per hour on weekend

Wk Min Hr - the minimum number of hours the room can be rented for on a weekday - subsequent hours will be charged per hr setting for weekdays

Wk Min Rent - for the minimum hr, the charge. For example you may set the minimum to be 3 hrs and for the 3 hrs the set charge will be $70

Wkns Min Hr - the minimum number of hours the room can be rented for on a weekend - subsequent hours will be charged per hr setting for weekend
