Current Invoice No - indicated the last bill number used to produce a valid bill, this can be changed

Rounding - round the cents to a whole figure specified by this value. eg 0.05 will round to the nearest 5 cents

Payment Method - Enter all the types of payments methods accepted by the hotel using the Data Navigations Buttons

Payment Descriptions - Enter all the types of payments guest will make by using the Data Navigations Buttons

Charge Descriptions - Enter charges that the hotel may have like laundry, telephone by using the Data Navigations Buttons
